Just in Time for Winter, a New Menu Item: Chili Con Carne

 We're introducing a new menu item: 'New England Style'  Chili Con Carne!   Made with beef, beans, tomatoes, sausage, corn, peppers, onions, herbs and spices; simmered for hours over the stove in our kitchen.  We call it 'New England Style' because we use kidney beans -- three different types -- for the beans . . . it's the 'traditional' way that folks have made chili in New England for years.  We use locally sourced ingredients, to up the flavor and down the carbon emissions.  We house smoke the sausage and corn to provide some depth and nuance to the chili.  On a cold winter day . . . this treat is hard to beat!
